This book is divided into four easy to read sections (What You Do, How You Feel, Who You Are, & Where You Belong) that are further broken down into sections such as defining goals, self-compassion, and lessons on “spiraling up.”
Her book will help you learn a new philosophy on what for many is a very tough topic. Rebecca helps teach, validate, and guide you to practice and keep track of body kindness. I cannot write enough great words about her wonderfully written book (or advice, strategies, etc.) !
