If you’re like me, it’s not easy to get a warm dinner on the table after work five nights a week so when I found a local, sustainable and affordable way to make this happen, I was over the moon!

I learned about WECO through a friend early into lockdown, when work acuity and volume were high. I was craving hearty meals with more variety as I didn’t have time to prepare dinners for myself given my increased patient load.  
Life definitely changed for the better when WECO and I became great friends. Some of my recent favorite meals have been the surf and turf, their fresh pasta ramen and of course any meal that comes with their famous garlic bread or lime tortilla chips.
