Hormone therapy, psychopharmacology, body image, perimenopause and menopause, they can all be interconnected. But with so many programs, techniques, and advice to choose from, things can get a little bit overwhelming. That’s how I can help.
As a nurse practitioner and registered dietitian with over 25 years of experience, I offer supportive, individualized sessions and recommendations focused on helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence.
I use a calm, mentoring approach, one based on medical science, hormone therapy, and psychopharmacology (“medicine for the mind”).
Our work together will be “big picture,” incorporating collaboration with your current care team, medicine & medical history, nourishment and movement goals, motivational techniques, and referrals to skilled dietitians and clinicians as well as alternative therapies.
While my primary focus is supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, I also work with select individuals through the lifespan and younger folks aged 10 and up who require specialized psychopharmacology management, typically through professional referrals from primary care providers, therapists, and treatment centers.

I trust you so much that I have not asked my daughter about the visits with you except to ask her “What does Robyn say in terms of what I should buy and make for you?” I am so glad that this is an area of her teen life that she can be the boss of WITH outstanding professional guidance!
